Every file,
on the record.
A bulk-processing queue for video and audio: transcription, speaker diarization, task extraction and sentiment — reviewed like copy, filed like a ledger.
Drop a folder, walk away. LedgerLine chunks long media, runs it through the pipeline, and returns an editable transcript with speakers named, tasks pulled, and mood charted.
Every edit is versioned. Every share is scoped. Every review lands on the board.
The backlog was never the problem. Listening twice was.
Newsrooms, research teams and legal desks share the same bottleneck: hours of recorded speech that somebody has to sit through before anyone can act. LedgerLine treats the recording as raw copy — it is transcribed, attributed to speakers, mined for commitments, and charted for tone before a human opens it.
Reviewers then work the way editors do: inline, in the margin, with a red pen. Each change is a version; each version can be shared with exactly the people who need it.
01
Bulk ingest
Drop hundreds of files. Long media is chunked and stitched back, so a two-hour meeting never dies on one timeout.
02
Diarization
Speakers are separated and labelled. Rename once and the name propagates through the whole transcript.
03
Task extraction
Commitments — who, what, by when — are pulled out and pinned to the timestamp they were spoken.
04
Sentiment
A tone line runs under the playhead so reviewers can jump straight to the tense minutes.
Queue, review, file.
Upload in bulk, then edit the transcript inline. Segments follow the playhead; tasks and comments are pinned to timestamps.

Sentiment dip at 41:00 matches the budget exchange. Worth a pull quote.
